RETURN COST

We hope that you love your new purchase from le Bob but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, then please don't hesitate to reach out to us. If your item isn’t quite right for your outdoor adventures, we’ll do our best to find an alternative option for you.

If you wish to return an item, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and then you’ll have an additional 14 days to send anything back. To start the return process, simply complete the returns form linked below and a member of our customer service team will get in touch within one working day.

Please note, we do not currently provide a returns label service, so the cost of postage for returned items is your responsibility.
